Now the backup:

Once the plugin is installed, go to the WPB2D and then to Backup Settings
Click on Authorize button
Dropbox window will open asking you to sing-in for authentication of account and authorization of the WordPress plugin for the use of Dropbox account.
Once authorized, it will open a new Dropbox window asking you for the permission to access your Dropbox account by WordPress Backup to Database(WPB2D)
Allow the access to Dropbox account, once you allow access to WPB2D, it automatically creates wpb2d folder inside your Dropbox folder
Once the access is given, click Continue button on WordPress dashboard
Settings page will be opened, where you can set all the settings to create scheduled backup
You can accordingly assign sub-directory to store your website backups
Schedule day, time and frequency of backups
Choose which files to be excluded from the backup through checkboxes
Once you are done with your settings, click save changes

This will be your permanent solution for backing up your WordPress on your Dropbox, but if you want to back up your website manually at any time you can do it through create backup manually section from the backup monitor of WPB2D section of your WordPress settings.
